I hope you all have a wonderful day, whether you celebrate Christmas or not. As this year winds down, it's nice to reflect on the good things and enjoy time with your family and friends.
I must apologize for the lack of postings lately. I've had to take on a 2nd job and some freelance work. 6-4 hrs of daily sleep has taken its toll and I've been too exhausted. I'm not complaining, though. The extra money has ensured my family still has a roof over their heads and food to eat.
I'll be posting more as time frees up.

Yesterday on “The Alan Colmes Show,” former police chief Mark Kessler admitted to working for "an agency" to catch domestic terrorists.
COLMES: Were you working for the federal government?
KESSLER: Yes, I can’t say what agency.
Be careful who you trust.

If you survive the violence, can you survive the mental aftermath? There's always a price.
For all this that I wrote here, people have name, they label it with words PTSD. But real point is that once violence enters your life, once it becomes part of you, you belong to that violence. To the rest of the life. In the famous US series Dexter he calls this “his dark passenger” and this dark side will stay with you.h/t WRSA
Nothing romantic about it. And every time when I see on TV or wherever some anniversaries of military events, and when I see those guys under the banners and old flags, no matter what country and what war they have same expression on their face.

News on Mosby's new book.
Volume One of The Reluctant Partisan focused on the rural guerrilla skills needed to establish security for retreat locations and rural communities. Volume Two follows the doctrinal construction of an insurgency by covering the underground.
This volume focuses on urban skills needed for surviving the continuing collapse of the socio-economic and political/legal order in our world. According to the US Census Bureau, over 80% of Americans live in areas defined as “urban.” The rest of us have to go to town at least occasionally, to buy groceries (and take the wife to a movie!).
Absent an epic, immediate event, such as an EMP event, or sudden nuclear exchange with the People’s Republic of China (PRC), it is unreasonable and unrealistic to expect a) everyone to move to the country, giving up high-paying jobs for subsistence wages in the boondocks, and b) to quit going into town for groceries and other needs and desires.
With the events occurring in Ferguson, MO and other urban areas, the importance of community defense organizations that allow people to rely on themselves and each other for survival are all too obvious. Whether you’re fighting cannibalistic San Franciscan rioters in order to get home from work, or trying to escape the urban madhouse, from direct-action defense to intelligence collection and assessment; from building resilient, cellular networks of trusted associates, to developing an autonomous economy within—and outside of—those networks, to communications concepts and other tradecraft, Volume Two of The Reluctant Partisan picks up where Volume One left off, and keeps swinging from the floor.

So the Republicans have seized the Senate, giving them control of Congress. What do these election results mean for you?
Øbamacare won't be repealed. Your taxes won't be cut. Alphabet Agencies won't shrink. The debt won't get fixed. The wars won't end. LEO's won't stop conducting No-Knock warrant raids on the wrong homes. You'll still go to jail for selling raw milk. You still don't 'own' your home. You'll still have to pay for welfare. TSA will still violate you when you fly. The border is still wide open. Your assets can still be confiscated. Etc....
In my own state of Colorado, the Republicans have gained control of the state Senate, but Democrat Governor Hickenlooper still keeps his seat by the skin of his teeth (I'm highly suspect). What can I expect from this? Not much. Will the 15 round magazine limit be repealed? I doubt it. Will the mandatory background check for private gun sales be repealed? I doubt it. Will anything of significance change in favor of liberty and freedom? I doubt it.
So, again, the speed at which our liberties and freedoms are being eroded has only been slowed. They're still eroding. In 2 more years, we'll be fighting to elect 1 of 2 people who want to rule over you.
Do you understand yet?
Tuesday, November 4, 2014
Being on this dirt pile long enough to vote in many elections, I've realized that the only thing that changes is the speed at which we're being enslaved. Some election results slow it down, others speed it up. But the destination is the same.
A quick review of why voting is tyrannical:
Voting is violence.
If voting could change things it would be illegal.
Candidates are behaving in the extraordinarily narrow constraints of both legal and government approved standards.
Two party systems incentivize monopoly.
Increased suffrage across sex lines and socioeconomic strata correlates to an increasing size in government.
Voting is an illusion of granting legitimacy.
Have you ever wondered why obviously tyrannical regimes like China, the USSR and Cuba hold elections even though the results are a foregone conclusion? There are only two likely answers: legitimacy and a “voice” in law enforcement. The former is obvious to the casual observer but the latter not so much.
How many times have you heard the usual suspects crow on about the importance of a voice and that you may not like the behavior of the regime but you have a choice in which creature you select to “represent” you and they carry the philosophical water?
Strip any government of its policing and law enforcement function and no one will comply with the edicts issued by the elected mandarins and in the US, the venal and corrupt executive that lords over the land like an occupying force. Whether it is the land of the free or a Russian gulag or a Chinese labor camp, cops make governments work; they are the sociopathic pointy business end of all collectivist endeavors.
Do you get it yet?
When it comes down to it, are you voting for your own oppression?
There are other ways to vote. Use them.

Did Hickenlooper and the Commierado gun grabbers really think their stupid little arbitrary 'law' would work?
Even the Sheriff's opposed it.
A CBS4 Investigation has found Coloradans are circumventing the state’s controversial ban on high capacity gun magazines in numerous ways both basic and clever.
“I’m not surprised at all,” said Weld County Sheriff John Cooke, after viewing the results of the CBS4 Investigation.
Cooke has been a vocal opponent of the 2013 law which bans gun magazines that hold more than 15 bullets.
“People are going to find a way around it,” said Cooke.
He said four high capacity magazines, purchased by a CBS4 undercover producer in the last four months, were all usable.
(read more here)
Continue to resist. This law has no teeth.
Sheriff Cooke told CBS4 that since the passage of the law banning high capacity magazines, there has not been a single arrest in Colorado of anyone suspected of violating the law.

This is a pretty neat new product that addresses the issue of open wound closure without or with the addition of sutures. I can see this being used in the field until the casualty can be evacuated to a proper care facility. Much easier than trying to suture in the field.
TopClosure® Tension Relief System (TRS) - an innovative new technology for the management of simple and complex wounds is now available for skin stretching and secure wound closure. The TopClosure® TRS is easy to apply, safe to use and leads to excellent results by providing simple solutions for complex problems. The TopClosure® TRS is intended to temporarily stretch skin tissues to aid closure and healing of post traumatic, surgical, acute and chronic skin wounds.
- The TopClosure® TRS is an important innovative trauma management device that can be applied in combat applications for temporary primary wound closure while complying with basic trauma guidelines.
- This new device can be used in battalion First-Aid stations and field hospitals by surgeons, non-surgeon physicians and military medics.
- TopClosure® TRS should be applied as a new methodology for the military Combat Casualty Care (CCC) protocol and be included in Combat Casualty Response Kits.
You can read more about this product at the manufacturers website.

Here we go again. Sudden Jihad Syndrome.
Zale Thompson has been named as the ax-wielding maniac who tried to kill four NYPD officers in Queens on October 23. Thompson managed to injure two of the cops before Thompson was shot dead on a Queens’ street after he attacked a group of cops with an 18 inch ax. Officer Kenneth Healey received a wound to the head in the incident. Another cop, Joseph Meeker, was injured. Both are rookies in the NYPD. Thompson attacked them without saying a word, according to witnesses.
The first paragraph in CNN's report stresses that there is no Islamic link. Of course the source is an unnamed Sr. LEO.
Based on everything authorities have seen so far, there is no indication that Zale Thompson, the man accused of wounding two New York police officers with a hatchet, was tied to any radical Islamist groups, a senior law enforcement official told CNN Friday.
Is this the start of more?

The second Dallas health care worker with Ebola was on a Frontier Airlines flight from Cleveland to Dallas on Monday — the day before she reported symptoms, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Wednesday.
Because of the proximity in time between the Monday evening flight and the first report of her illness, the CDC wants to interview all 132 passengers on her flight — Frontier Airlines Flight 1143 from Cleveland to Dallas/Fort Worth, which landed at 8:16 p.m. CDT Monday, the CDC said.
Frontier Airlines said in a tweet the passenger, showed no symptoms or signs of illness on the flight.

Unless you're 5 years old in public school.
MOBILE, Alabama (WPMI) – An Alabama mother is furious that her 5-year-old daughter was forced to sign a school contract stating she wouldn’t kill herself or anyone else at school.
School officials told Rebecca, who did not want to give her last name, they had to send 5-year-old Elizabeth home after an incident in class.
“They told me she drew something that resembled a gun. According to them she pointed a crayon at another student and said ‘pew pew’,” Rebecca explained.
Rebecca says her daughter was then given a questionnaire to evaluate her for suicidal thoughts and given a Mobile County Public School safety contract to sign stating she wouldn’t kill herself or others.
“While I was in the lobby waiting, they had my 5-year-old sign a contract about suicide and homicide,” Rebecca says. “There should be a different way to handle this situation. If this is protocol it needs to be looked at again.”
Rebecca is pushing to have the incident removed from her child’s record. She says school officials have requested her child see a psychiatrist. She refused.
Political Correctness has turned everyone into a cowardly lion and those who don't conform into mentally ill psychopaths.

For about $1200, you can have your very own 'Ghost Gun' desktop CNC. Just add your 80% lower.
Ghost Gunner is a miniature CNC machine designed to automatically manufacture publicy created designs with nearly zero user interaction. No prior CNC knowledge or experience is required to manufacture from design files. Defense Distributed's first design is the venerable AR-15 lower receiver. Ghost Gunner automatically finds and aligns your 80% lower receiver to the machine, with simple installation instructions, point and click software and all required tools. Just follow a few simple instructions to mount your 80% lower receiver, tighten a couple screws (with simple tools we provide), and on day one, Ghost Gunner can help you legally manufacture unserialized firearms in the comfort of your own home.
As shipped, Ghost Gunner can manufacture any mil-spec 80% AR-15 lower receiver that already has the rear take down well milled out. Lowers with non-mil-spec trigger guards that are otherwise mil-spec are also compatible. Defense Distributed recommends using the 7075 Ares Armor Raw 80% Lower AR-15 Billet, available for purchase here.

Many people in the firearms and prepper-survivalist communities like to ramble about their impressive “combat mindset” and “killer instinct.” People who have repeatedly faced violence successfully, especially those who have done so in a professional capacity, understand that guns and gear are of tertiary importance, at best. Even physical conditioning is secondary to the critical importance of cultivation and continuous development of a proper mental attitude— combat mindset. That mindset is composed of three attributes: an unwavering but well-founded conviction in the effectiveness of your training and ability, an absolute willingness, if not anticipation, to apply that training to kill bad people, and the intestinal fortitude to overcome whatever obstacles arise in order to survive to lay hate and discontent on the enemy.
Unwavering by well-founded conviction in your ability demands a “software-centric” approach to your training. It’s not about the guns and gear. Even within the ranks of the most vocal “three-percenters” there exist masses of gun owners who purchase an AR-15 or AK-47 at their local sporting goods store, along with a couple boxes of ammunition, based on the advice of some blog writer they’ve never met. Then, the rifle and the ammunition get tossed in a closet or onto a shelf in their “bunker” basement, to be promptly forgotten.
These people place absolute faith in the weapon, expecting it to solve their potential future problems. The firearm becomes a sort of magical talisman in their imagination. This is the “hardware-centric” approach that is the hallmark of amateurs.
The professional recognizes that man is a tool user, and values his tools. Nevertheless, he understands that those tools are inanimate objects. The weapon is only effective in the hands of a trained and aggressive operator. The trained, experienced gunslinger accepts the inarguable logic that training is more important than specific tools. If the only weapon available to the professional is a .22LR zip gun, he’ll use it effectively. There is no time or space for the sin of mediocrity in the software-centric approach to training. The professional doesn’t go to the local strip mall karate dojo for his combatives training. He doesn’t mistake plinking beer cans in the backyard with a .22LR as combat rifle training.

Notice the 'horns'.
He sure loves those Muzzies. So much in fact, one has to wonder if he was just caught red handed committing Taqiyya.
There are two forms of lying to non-believers that are permitted under certain circumstances, taqiyya and kitman. These circumstances are typically those that advance the cause Islam - in some cases by gaining the trust of non-believers in order to draw out their vulnerability and defeat them.
ISIS or ISIL or al-Qaeda 2.0 or whatever you want to call them is doing exactly what Islam calls them to do. How is that not Islamic?
The proof is in their unholy book. Surely Øbama knows what's in it, given his background.

Kelly Thomas murdered by Fullerton PD
From The Rutherford Insitute:
Resistance is Futile: The Violent Cost of Challenging the American Police State
“Police are specialists in violence. They are armed, trained, and authorized to use force. With varying degrees of subtlety, this colors their every action. Like the possibility of arrest, the threat of violence is implicit in every police encounter. Violence, as well as the law, is what they represent.”—Kristian Williams, activist and author
If you don’t want to get probed, poked, pinched, tasered, tackled, searched, seized, stripped, manhandled, arrested, shot, or killed, don’t say, do or even suggest anything that even hints of noncompliance. This is the new “thin blue line” over which you must not cross in interactions with police if you want to walk away with your life and freedoms intact.
The following incidents and many more like them serve as chilling reminders that in the American police state, “we the people” are at the mercy of law enforcement officers who have almost absolute discretion to decide who is a threat, what constitutes resistance, and how harshly they can deal with the citizens they were appointed to “serve and protect.”
For example, police arrested Chaumtoli Huq because she failed to promptly comply when ordered to “move along” while waiting outside a Ruby Tuesday’s restaurant for her children, who were inside with their father, using the bathroom. NYPD officers grabbed Huq, a lawyer with the New York City Public Advocate’s office, flipped her around, pressed her against a wall, handcuffed her, searched her purse, arrested her, and told her to “shut up” when she cried out for help, before detaining her for nine hours. Huq was charged with obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Oregon resident Fred Marlow was jailed and charged with interfering and resisting arrest after he filmed a SWAT team raid that took place across the street from his apartment and uploaded the footage to the internet. The footage shows police officers threatening Marlow, who was awoken by the sounds of “multiple bombs blasting and glass breaking” and ran outside to investigate only to be threatened with arrest if he didn’t follow orders and return inside.
Eric Garner, 43 years old, asthmatic and unarmed, died after being put in a chokehold by NYPD police, allegedly for resisting arrest over his selling untaxed, loose cigarettes, although video footage of the incident shows little resistance on Garner’s part. Indeed, the man was screaming, begging and insisting he couldn’t breathe. And what was New York Mayor Bill De Blasio’s advice to citizens in order to avoid a similar fate? Don’t resist arrest. (Mind you, the NYPD arrests more than 13,000 people every year on charges of resisting arrest, although only a small fraction of those charged ever get prosecuted.)
Then there was Marine Brandon Raub, who was questioned at his home by a swarm of DHS, FBI, Secret Service agents and local police, tackled to the ground, handcuffed, and forcibly transported to a police station. Raub was then detained against his will in a psychiatric ward, without being provided any explanation, having any charges levied against him or being read his rights—all allegedly because of controversial song lyrics and political views posted on his Facebook page.
Incredibly, police insisted that Raub was not in fact under arrest. Of course, Raub was under arrest. When your hands are handcuffed behind you, when armed policemen are tackling you to the ground and transporting you across town in the back of a police car, and then forcibly detaining you against your will, you’re not free to walk away.
If you do attempt to walk away, be warned that the consequences will likely be even worse, as Tremaine McMillian learned the hard way. Miami-Dade police slammed the 14-year-old boy to the ground, putting him in a chokehold and handcuffing him after he allegedly gave them “dehumanizing stares” and walked away from them, which the officers found unacceptable. According to Miami-Dade Police Detective Alvaro Zabaleta, “His body language was that he was stiffening up and pulling away… When you have somebody resistant to them and pulling away and somebody clenching their fists and flailing their arms, that’s a threat. Of course we have to neutralize the threat.”
As I point out in my book A Government of Wolves: The Emerging American Police State, this mindset that any challenge to police authority is a threat that needs to be “neutralized” is a dangerous one that is part of a greater nationwide trend that sets the police beyond the reach of the Fourth Amendment. Moreover, when police officers are allowed to operate under the assumption that their word is law and that there is no room for any form of disagreement or even question, that serves to chill the First Amendment’s assurances of free speech, free assembly and the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
Frankly, it doesn’t matter whether it’s a casual “show your ID” request on a boardwalk, a stop-and-frisk search on a city street, or a traffic stop for speeding or just to check your insurance: if you feel like you can’t walk away from a police encounter of your own volition—and more often than not you can’t, especially when you’re being confronted by someone armed to the hilt with all manner of militarized weaponry and gear—then for all intents and purposes, you’re under arrest from the moment a cop stops you.
That raises the question, what exactly constitutes resisting an arrest? What about those other trumped up “contempt of cop” charges such as interference, disorderly conduct, obstruction, and failure to obey a police order that get trotted out anytime a citizen engages in behavior the police perceive as disrespectful or “insufficiently deferential to their authority”? Do Americans really have any recourse at all when it comes to obeying an order from a police officer, even if it’s just to ask a question or assert one’s rights, or should we just “surrender quietly”?
The short answer is that anything short of compliance will get you arrested and jailed. The long answer is a little more complicated, convoluted and full of legal jargon and dissonance among the courts, but the conclusion is still the same: anything short of compliance is being perceived as “threatening” behavior or resistance to be met by police with extreme force resulting in injury, arrest or death for the resistor.
The key word, of course, is comply meaning to obey, submit or conform. This is what author Kristian Williams describes as the dual myths of heroism and danger: “The overblown image of police heroism, and the ‘obsession’ with officer safety, do not only serve to justify police violence after the fact; by providing such justification, they legitimize violence, and thus make it more likely.”
How else can we explain why police shot a schizophrenic 30-year-old man holding a pellet gun over 80 times before his corpse was handcuffed? Mind you, witnesses reportedly informed the police that it was not a real gun, but the officers nonetheless opened fire about five minutes after arriving on the scene.
John Crawford was shot by police in an Ohio Wal-Mart for holding an air rifle sold in the store that he may have intended to buy. Oscar Grant, age 23, unarmed and lying face-down on the ground, was shot in the back by a transit officer in Oakland, Calif., who mistakenly used a gun instead of a taser to further restrain him. Ordered to show his hands after “anti-crime” police officers noticed him adjusting “his waistband in a manner the officers deemed suspicious,” 16-year old Kimani Grey was fired at 11 times, and shot seven times, including three times in the back. Reportedly, the teenager was unarmed and unthreatening.
Even dogs aren’t spared if they are perceived as “threatening.” Family dogs are routinely shot and killed during SWAT team raids, even if the SWAT team is at the wrong address or the dog is in the next yard over. One six-year-old girl witnessed her dog Apollo shot dead by an Illinois police officer.
Clearly, when police officers cease to look and act like civil servants or peace officers but instead look and act like soldiers occupying a hostile territory, it alters their perception of “we the people.” Those who founded this country believed that we were the masters and that those whose salaries we pay with our hard-earned tax dollars are our servants.
If daring to question, challenge or even hesitate when a cop issues an order can get you charged with resisting arrest or disorderly conduct, you’re not the master in a master-servant relationship. In fact, you’re not even the servant—you’re the slave.
This is not freedom. This is not even a life.
This is a battlefield, a war zone—if you will—governed by martial law and disguised as a democracy. No matter how many ways you fancy it up with shopping malls, populist elections, and Monday night football, the fact remains that “we the people” are little more than prisoners in the American police state, and the police are our jailers and wardens.

If they successfully cause a SHTF attack in a big way, are you ready? We won't be fighting ISIS here on the ground, we may all end up fighting each other for basics depending on what is attacked, i.e.: power grids, nuclear reactors, govt. facilities, bridges, etc...
Islamist militias in Libya took control of nearly a dozen commercial jetliners last month, and western intelligence agencies recently issued a warning that the jets could be used in terrorist attacks across North Africa.
Intelligence reports of the stolen jetliners were distributed within the U.S. government over the past two weeks and included a warning that one or more of the aircraft could be used in an attack later this month on the date marking the anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks against New York and Washington, said U.S. officials familiar with the reports.
“There are a number of commercial airliners in Libya that are missing,” said one official. “We found out on September 11 what can happen with hijacked planes.”
The official said the aircraft are a serious counterterrorism concern because reports of terrorist control over the Libyan airliners come three weeks before the 13th anniversary of 9/11 attacks and the second anniversary of the Libyan terrorist attack on the U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi.
Be ready. The Mohamadians want you dead one way or another.
